Pricing
Classes are non refundable and a terms notice is required at all times or a months notice is required if paying monthly.
Pupils who pay termly must pay within the first month of term or else be liable for a 10% surcharge for late fees.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENROLMENT
Please read and note all the terms and conditions of enrolment stated below.
1. The DANCE CO. will not be held responsible for any injuries which may occur on the premises.
2. The DANCE CO. will not be held responsible for any losses that may occur on the premises.
3. Fees are payable 3 weeks from the date of invoice to pay – otherwise 10% interest will be incurred. All fees to be paid before an exam, festival, demonstration, championship, Eisteddfod, etc., is participated in.
4. No classes will be held on public holidays unless specified.
5. Management reserves the right to distribute and use funds as they see fit.
6. Due to the distraction caused, no parents will be permitted to watch classes. No exceptions will be made.
7. Parents wishing to discuss anything pertaining to dancing are please asked to make an appointment to see me, or one of the teachers at the studio.
8. Regular attendance at class and rehearsal is required and is essential for the progress of the pupil.
9. FEES NOT TO BE ALTERED OR REDUCED DUE TO NON-ATTENDANCE OF CLASSES.
10. Full terms notice or a full term’s fees in lieu of notice is required for the discontinuance of class attendance. This will be strictly adhered to. NO exceptions will be made in this regard. Notice must be given at the beginning of term / month.
11. Fees to be paid per term. (NO random split fees)
